the location was really convienient to the city center. the room was clean and everything worked alright there.
the room was in a older building and it was kinda difficult to access the entrance for my wife. the room was small and the shower wasn't easy to use cause of the wet hands.

The spa bath in my room did not function (how disappointing!). I also had some trouble removing the plug. The absence of Earl Grey tea was a minor letdown. Otherwise, the stay was acceptable.

Sadly, the hot water situation was not ideal. I could not get a decent shower. The water was just not warm enough for my liking. the room felt quite small.
